From Real Estate Pro Invite

  • Enter your details
  • Confirm address of home being sold
  • Verify your email address using the email we sent you (the email will come from hello@houseamp.com and may have went to your Junk folder or Promotions tab)
  • The screen will reflect when your email has been confirmed
Pay Later Funding
How to get Pay Later Funding and use it to pay project invoices.

Applying for Funding

  • Navigate to the Pay Later Funding page
  • If you're a good fit for the program (based on the address of the house you're selling), a blue banner will be displayed at the top
  • If you're not a good fit for the program (based on the address of the house you're selling), a red banner will be displayed at the top
  • Click the Open Loan Application button
  • Provide the necessary information during the application process and submit your application

Use Funding to Pay Invoices

  • Navigate to the Pay Later Funding page
  • Open the project that has the unpaid invoice
  • Click on the unpaid invoice card
  • When ready to submit payment, click Continue to Payment
  • Select Pay at Close Loan Funds or Credit/Debit Card to submit payment
Create and Start Projects
How to create projects and invite Service Pros to work on them.

Creating Your Projects

  • Navigate to the My Projects page
  • Click Create Your First Project
  • Fill out the necessary information and click Create Project

Each project card will show the current project status below the project name.

Assigning Service Pros

  • Open a project
  • Click Assign Service Pro in the Assign Service Pro section
  • Select from the Service Pros that you have connected with

Once inviting the Service Pro to the project, they will need to accept the project on their end.

Once they do, the project status will show the Service Pro's name.

Viewing, Accepting, Declining Estimates from Service Pros

  • Navigate to the My Projects page
  • Click on a project that has received an estimate
  • Click on the Project Estimate Received card
  • Accept or Decline the estimate

Viewing and Paying Invoices

  • Navigate to the My Projects page
  • Click on a project that has an unpaid invoice
  • Click on an unpaid invoice card
  • When ready to submit payment, click the Continue to Payment button
  • Select your method of payment (Pay at Close Loan Funds or Credit/Debit Card)

Request Funding Increase
How to get more Pay Later Funding to use for your projects.

Viewing, Accepting, Declining Estimates from Service Pros

  • Navigate to the My Projects page
  • Click on a project that has received an estimate
  • Click on the Project Estimate Received card
  • Accept or Decline the estimate

Viewing and Paying Invoices

  • Navigate to the Pay Later Funding page
  • Click the Request Loan Increase link from the main section
  • Fill out the necessary information and click Request
  • When ready to submit payment, click the Continue to Payment button
  • Select your method of payment (Pay at Close Loan Funds or Credit/Debit Card)

Remember:

After the request is sent, it needs to be approved. Once approved, you will be not able to use your funds to pay invoices for 3 days.
